By using "our" ("we", "us", "our", "company", "business", "store" = Shotgun Shell Reloading Supplies employees &/or owners) "site" (www.shotgunshellreloadingsupplies.com) "you" (the site visitor and/or customer) agree to the terms and conditions on this page (or any other page you use). You certify that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, you must be supervised by a legal guardian who is older than 18, and we do not knowingly collect information of any minors. You will not attempt to access the site with false information, to damage the site, or access other customers accounts. The information provided by us on the site is believed to be accurate to the best of our knowledge. Images, colors, descriptions, and anything else related to products you purchase might appear differently on certain computers, browsers, or monitors. We make an attempt to keep the most accurate depictions on our site, but cannot guarantee anything 100%. We use analytics software to track pages and behaviors on our site, so you agree that we can track your browsing of the site. Any information you enter into the site can be stored by us, and used however we need it within our company. Your information will not be sold to outside companies or 3rd parties.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: We accept Money Order's, Visa/MasterCard on website orders or mail orders. Paypal - We accept PayPal payments. PayPal allows you to use direct bank withdraws (EBT), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and other methods so please check paypal.com for any other information regarding that type of payment. There is no charge added for credit card orders. You must provide the Billing Address for the Credit Card you intend to use, if the billing address does not match the card used our address verification system will decline the transaction. All cards are cleared by bank transfer before order is sent.
PRICES: We try to keep our prices as low as possible, however, PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Current market conditions are tight and commodity prices have increased tremendously forcing manufacturers to increase prices. We will pass these on as they occur.
SHIPPING: All prices DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING CHARGES unless otherwise noted. We ship UPS AND USPS. We reserve the right to change the shipping method of your order at no additional charge for reasons including (but not limited to): faster shipping times, to meet shipping requirements, or add insurance to your shipment (for free). If you have selected items that require a Hazmat fee, & your order does not include one, the shipping of your shotgun shell reloading supplies will be held until the fee is paid.
C.O.D. ORDERS: We do not use this option. Sorry for any inconvenience. Our checkout is safe for using a credit or debit card on because we use Paypal, a very secure website at no extra cost to you. You can also pay by check or money order.
Sales Tax: Ohio State Sales Tax of 7% will be added to orders in Ohio only, unless you have a tax certificate on file with us. You must send a resale certificate with EACH ORDER as we do not keep them on file. Email them to orders@shotgunshellreloadingsupplies.com. Sales tax is NOT added for orders shipped outside of Ohio for use and consumption outside the State of Ohio. Sales Tax is also charged on Shipping and Handling for the State of Ohio.
SALES TO ALASKA AND HAWAII: We gladly ship Non-Restricted items directly to these states. Restricted Items such as Ammuniton and Haz-Mat must go through a Freight Forwarding Company. It is the customers' responsibility to arrange this and provide us the delivery address of the forwarding company of choice. If you have questions Please call us first before ordering.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS: Current Haz-Mat charges are $25.00 per package. Order up to 20 lbs per box of Hazmat required items. We set our site up as best as possible to help you determine what you can order within 1 hazmat fee.
RETURNS: No returns without prior authorization. 25% restocking fee if your order return is authorized. Damaged packages should be reported to the carrier who is responsible for the damage. Freight for the returned goods must be paid for by the buyer; we do not send out call tags.
BACKORDERS: Although we strive to get your orders shipped to you as quickly as possible, sometimes large orders come in or a manufacturer delays shipments to us. This can cause a backorder on your items. We apologize in advance if this ever happens. Feel free to call us with any concerns from our contact page.
SHORTAGES AND DAMAGED GOODS: You must report any shortages or damaged goods to us within 14 days of receipt of the package or you have waived your right to an adjustment or refund. Please, check your orders when they come in and call us, we will help you. If you put it on the shelf and wait a year before you open it, we will not be able to help you.
RESTRICTED SHIPMENTS: Some states do not allow mail order shipments of certain items. For example, we can not ship hi-cap magazines to California and some other locations. If it is illegal for you to order certain items in your area, do not order these items.
